We build it here. Like you, we believe that quality begins at home, so you'll find it reassuring that we manufacture many of our replacement parts right here in our own factory. We have the latest CNC computerized milling and turning equipment. We even utilize CBN 5-axis grinding in the production of certain critical components. Cellular manufacturing concepts are in use – our new state of the art compressor blade cell is a prime example.

Our manufacturing facility incorporates many of today's "best practice manufacturing techniques" –- including computerized SPC (statistical process control), 5S's housekeeping practices, 6-sigma process improvements and an ISO 9001:2000 registered quality system.

We're currently in the midst of an overall expansion of our manufacturing area in ways that will allow greater efficiencies and effectiveness in moving a job from start to finish. This includes eliminating non-value added processes, improving our computerized production scheduling and using our internal Intranet to distribute information eliminating the need for paper.
