Pacific Sky Supply, Inc., an ISO 9001:2000 registered organization, places a strong emphasis on quality. We utilize the latest in SPC (statistical process control) and Six Sigma tools to support our manufacturing and quality organizations.

Parts Manufacturer Approval, or FAA/PMA, is your assurance that Pacific Sky Supply parts are equivalent to the OEM parts they replace. Parts manufactured for commercial use comply with the highest quality standards of FAR Part 21.303.

Quality Assurance Tools
Pacific Sky's quality assurance inspectors use the most advanced equipment, including computerized coordinate measuring systems, computerized SPC data collection systems and optical comparitors. Our equipment is regularly calibrated and traceable to the U.S. National Bureau of Standards. Military parts are manufactured to MIL I-45208A standards.

Before certification and shipping, each new part receives a vigorous final inspection. It is this adherence to a strictly defined quality system, including reference to ISO 9001:2000, FAR part 145 (Federal Aviation Regulation); JAA (Joint Aviation Authorities); and MIL -I-45208A that allows us to issue various certifications.
