You are responsible for compliance with all regulations governing the intended end use, including: Military, Civilian, and Industrial applications. The following is the detailed explanation of the (computer) condition codes used on our invoice and shipping documents (to the best of our knowledge):

Condition codes with (*) should be given special attention if the intended use is in an FAA type-certificated (civilian) aircraft. Airworthiness must be determined by the end user according to FAA Regulations. Particular attention should be paid to FAA Advisory Circular 20-62D (dated 5/24/96) which contains standards for determining airworthiness of these items.
